Farewell, I leave you with an appetizer

I am off to the southwest for a week to see family and visit some friends. In my absence, I leave you my current favorite appetizer combo, as presented to us by the Waterfront Depot restaurant on a recent trip to the coast:

- good crackers or sliced baguette
- fine quality manchego cheese, sliced
- thin slivers of roasted bell pepper
- pitted olives
- olive oil for drizzling (Ryan loves any excuse to drizzle olive oil)

To make it a meal I'd add some fresh fruit, like lil' cuties, a bar of high-quality chocolate, and a glass of wine.
