Ohmygosh I made PASTA
For Christmas my mom sent me a pasta press attachment for my KitchenAid. Tonight, in a moment of spontaneity, I pulled it out from under the tree and gave it a whirl.
I am happy to report pasta is super easy to make and is instant gratification for those of us who thrive on quick, easy, and successful projects. Oh yeah, it tastes great too - thick and chewy and, well, fresh. This stuff would be perfect with a hearty homemade ragu, me thinks. Thanks mom!

It looks very yummy - can you make noodles of all different sizes?
Oh yes, girl. I have five or six attachments. My next experiment is to figure out how to dry them!
