Food plan

This week we're trying a few new things in the menu planning department.

for Breakfast
- green smoothies with a banana, orange, frozen berries, carrots, & kale or spinach

for Lunch
- oatmeal with walnuts & dried fruit

snack options
- homemade pop tart (yes I did, made with half whole wheat flour, half all-purpose flour and strawberry all-fruit as a filling)
- banana bread
- yogurt

for Dinner (goal: make meals with enough leftovers for the following night)
- beef bourguignon served with boiled new potatoes
- taco ramekins (if these are good I'll report back), served with chips & salsa
- peanut butter & bacon sandwiches on banana bread with a side of fresh fruit

Your homemade pop tarts look yummy! What a great idea! Would love to know about these taco ramekins and how they turned out! :)
