Let's take a walk down memory lane, shall we?

It all started this weekend, during a particularly focused session of mid-summer Spring Cleaning, when I happened upon four rolls of undeveloped film! Hmmm, I though to myself. We've been operating with a digital camera for so long I can't even guess how old these puppies might be.

Five years old, as it turns out. We'd only been in Portland (OR) a year when these pictures were taken - fresh off the metaphorical boat from Boston.

Interestingly, two rolls capture times out west, but with Boston friends. The third roll isn't even ours - its our friend Diana's, someone who came to visit (and left a roll of undeveloped film), went back to Boston, and then fell out of touch with us (or we with her). Just last month I emailed her for the first time in years. We caught up. Now I have this roll of film of hers. What funny timing! The fourth roll is still a mystery because, as black & white film, its going to take longer for processing. How exciting.

Isn't that fun? I have a couple of rolls that need to be developed too. I think I will take tyhem today! Hope you are well!
