
I present round two (and below, round three) of my favorite brunch menu:
savory morning bread pudding.
This recipe originally jumped to my attention over on
Pioneer Woman’s cooking website.
After making it her way the first time, I’ve edited it slightly by cutting an ingredient here, adding one there.
Let me just say, this is the most amazing egg dish ever and the only one you’ll ever need to feed a large morning crowd. I found it goes really well with those cinnamon rolls. And to round out the menu I also serve this with my favorite fruit salad ever, which deserves its own post but, for the sake of efficiency, has been added to the bottom of this one (no photograph, but you can easily imagine how nice & colorful & appetizing it looks).
