begin stream of consciousness now] I am leaving on an airplane today for Vegas, baby!
I’m going home to celebrate my mom’s birthday and we have a very girlie weekend in store.
Tonight is dinner out on the town.
Tomorrow there’s a tea in
Boulder City, some shopping, and a delicious pork tenderloin dinner planned.
Sunday we’re hosting a birthday brunch, party of 10.
Then I’m going over to dad’s to plan a road trip.
Monday it’s back with mom for a little more shopping and some house browsing (just for fun, you know).
Finally, it’s home sweet home, where Ryan should be waiting with open arms.
In the mean time, he’s on a camping trip at the coast with the boys this weekend, possibly learning how to surf, which is kind of a funny thought.
This morning I had a very intense workout and then the essential cold shower afterwards.
It’s hot now, folks.
The fans are going full blast, packing and laundry are in progress, and I have time to spare.
But oh yes, I have to paint my nails.

My SWAP package went out the door yesterday and I can’t wait for Amanda to receive it. Love a good swap.

Dear Jack, we would never do that to you! I'm in Las Vegas, the other place we "go home to." Congrats on the new place - we'll be back to see you next summer. That's the plan.
